1️⃣ Senior Design Engineer – Electrical (1)
📌 Scope of Work: Lead the design of electrical systems for MEP projects, including LV/MV distribution, lighting, fire alarm, power systems, and ELV. Prepare drawings, load calculations, and coordinate with consultants and contractors.
 
2️⃣ Senior Design Engineer – Mechanical (1)
📌 Scope of Work: Design and oversee HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems. Perform heat load calculations, duct sizing, and piping design while ensuring compliance with codes and specifications.
 
3️⃣ Storekeeper (MEP) (2)
📌 Scope of Work: Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of MEP materials, tools, and spare parts. Maintain inventory records, verify deliveries, and support project sites with timely supply.
 
4️⃣ Logistics Officer (1)
📌 Scope of Work: Plan and manage allocation of manpower, equipment, and tools to ensure effective availability at project sites. Coordinate with procurement and site teams for smooth operations.
 
5️⃣ Senior Electrical Engineer (1)
📌 Scope of Work: Supervise electrical works at site, review shop drawings, ensure compliance with specifications, and resolve technical issues. Lead testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
 
6️⃣ BIM Modeler (1)
📌 Scope of Work: Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for MEP systems. Coordinate clash detection, prepare shop drawings, and support engineering teams.
 
7️⃣ Mechanical Supervisor (5)
📌 Scope of Work: Supervise HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting installation works. Direct the site team, monitor progress, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
 
8️⃣ QAQC – Mechanical (1)
📌 Scope of Work: Implement QA/QC procedures for mechanical systems. Conduct inspections, verify material compliance, and ensure adherence to project specifications.
 
9️⃣ QAQC – Electrical (1)
📌 Scope of Work: Conduct inspections and quality checks for electrical installations. Ensure materials and workmanship meet project and regulatory requirements, and maintain documentation.
