📌 TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead large-scale UAE oil and gas projects from FEED to start-up
• Drive project controls covering cost, schedule, risk, and reporting
• Oversee engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE, regulatory, and quality standards
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and key stakeholders
• Optimise production, reservoir performance, and field operations
• Implement digital solutions and decarbonisation initiatives

📌 SENIOR & EXECUTIVE CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

✔️ 10+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry
✔️ Proven leadership of large teams and capital projects ($100M–$5B+)
✔️ Strong knowledge of international standards and UAE regulations
✔️ Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management
✔️ Proficiency in relevant tools and software (Primavera P6, SAP, Petrel)
✔️ Professional certifications highly valued (PMP, PE, PgMP, NEBOSH)
