General Requirements
✔️ Indonesian Citizen
✔️ Relevant Engineering Degree / Technical Diploma
✔️ 8–10+ years of relevant experience (depending on the position)
✔️ Experience in offshore oil & gas operations is preferred
✔️ Good communication and teamwork skills
✔️ Familiar with HSE standards and maintenance systems (SAP/CMMS for applicable positions)
