Now Hiring Urgent Hiring –Inspection Roles for FPSO Dry Docking
 
sourcing these positions to support dry docking inspection activities for our client’s FPSO unit. The assignment is expected to begin in December, and we’re looking to finalize candidates by 18th November.
 
1. Project Manager
▪️ 15+ years offshore project management experience (FPSO/FSO preferred)
▪️ Knowledge of IMO, IACS, SOLAS, MARPOL, Class Rules, offshore safety systems
 
2. Hull Inspector
▪️ Experienced in FPSO hull structural inspection & NDT
▪️ CSWIP 3.2, UT, MT,PT Level 2 certified
 
3. Mooring & Turret Inspector
▪️ Experienced in inspection of mooring systems, turret/swivel integrity
▪️ Experienced with weathervane systems & rotating equipment
 
4. Piping Inspector
▪️ Experienced offshore piping inspection (process, utility, marine systems)
▪️ API 570 certified
▪️ Skilled in UT, vibration checks, flange leaks, valve surveys
 
5. Mechanical Equipment Inspector
▪️ Experienced in inspecting rotating/static equipment: pumps, compressors, hydraulics
▪️ Experienced in evaluating performance/ assessment of vibration, bearing, alignment, noise, leakage diagnostics
 
6. Electrical & Instrumentation Inspector
▪️ Experienced in FPSO/platform E&I inspection
▪️ IECEx / CompEx Ex01–04 certified
▪️ Familiar with IEC 60092, IEC 60079, API RP 14F
▪️ Experienced in IR testing, loop checks, UPS/switchboards, instrumentation reliability
 
7. Coating / Corrosion Inspector (NACE)
▪️ Experienced in Marine/offshore coating inspection
▪️ NACE/AMPP CIP Level 2 or 3 certified
▪️ Experienced in DFT, rust grading, surface prep, anode & ICCP checks
 
8. QAQC Coordinator
▪️ Experienced in QA/QC works in offshore construction/inspection/repair
▪️ knowledge on ISO 9001, ASME IX, AWS D1.1, NDT, document control
▪️ Knowledge on Dossier compilation & Class submission
