ABI Resources & Services Pte Ltd is seeking experienced professionals to join our multidisciplinary teams for a high-impact Desalination & Filtration Unit project. This is a project-based opportunity with durations ranging from 1 to 6 months, depending on scope and role.

1. HSSE & Documentation Team
HSSE Project Manager (1) – ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, >10 yrs O&G experience
HSSE Deputy/Coordinator (1) – >7 yrs experience, operational support
QHSE Document Controller (1) – ISO & SMK3 document control
HSE Officer (4–6) – AK3U, ISO 45001, SMK3, 3–5 yrs experience
Safety Trainer (1–2) – HSE induction & toolbox training
Fire Safety Specialist (1) – Fire drill & system audit
Industrial Hygienist (1) – Hygiene monitoring, ergonomics
Environmental Specialist (1–2) – AMDAL, RKL-RPL, ISO 14001
Security & Risk Specialist (1) – Risk mapping, industrial security
Admin HSSE (1–2) – HSSE logistics & reporting
Driver + Logistik (1–2) – Field mobility support
Safety Steward (2–4, optional) – Critical area monitoring
 
2. Process Safety & Engineering Team
Project Manager (1) – Overall coordination
Project Administrator / Document Controller (1)
Lead Process Safety Engineer (1) – HAZOP, SIL, QRA
Process Safety Engineers (2–3) – Bowtie, LOPA, etc.
Risk Assessor / QRA Specialist (1–2) – Fire & explosion modeling
Process Engineer (1–2) – Flow & operational analysis
Site Safety Officer / Inspector (2–3) – Field inspection
Instrumentation & Control Engineer (1–2) – ESD, PLC/SCADA audit
Mechanical Engineer (1) – Pressure safety checks
Electrical Engineer (1) – Arc flash, grounding audit
Industrial Hygienist / OH Specialist (1)
HSE Specialist (1) – Regulatory validation
Data Analyst / Reporting Officer (1)
