- Project Manager (min. 15 years experience)
- Construction Manager / Resident Engineer (min. 15 years experience)
- Senior Architect (min. 12 years experience)
- Senior Civil / Structural Engineer (min. 12 years experience)
- Senior Mechanical Engineer (min. 12 years experience)
- Senior Electrical Engineer (min. 12 years experience)
- Sr. Contracts Engineer (min. 12 years experience)
- Sr. Quantity Surveyor (min. 12 years experience)

Additionally, candidates with a minimum of 8 years of construction experience in the UAE, particularly with consultant and ADNOC projects, are preferred for the following roles:
