 We are actively hiring skilled professionals for an exciting Early Production Facilities (EPF) project in Libya’s oil field.
We’re looking for experienced commissioning experts in the following key roles:
 
🔹 Commissioning Manager
 Lead all commissioning activities. Interfaced with HSE, client, operations & construction.
 Experience: 12–15 years in EPF/CPF projects, leadership in MENA/North Africa.
 Skills: EPF systems, startup sequences, HSE, and cross-disciplinary coordination.
 
🔹 Mechanical Commissioning Engineer
 Oversee mechanical checks, static/dynamic tests, and handover docs.
 Experience: 8+ years, 2–3 EPF projects.
 Skills: Rotating/static equipment, pressure testing, vendor systems.
 
🔹 Electrical Commissioning Engineer
 Lead energization, LOTO, MCCs, transformer, and grounding testing.
 Experience: 8+ years in utility-heavy EPFs.
 Skills: LV/MV systems, electrical safety, and energization protocols.
 
🔹 Instrumentation & Control Commissioning Engineer
 Manage loop checks, DCS/PLC, logic testing, and I&C handover.
 Experience: 8+ years in oilfield I&C.
 Skills: Control systems, cause & effect matrix, calibration.
 
🔹 Process Commissioning Engineer
 Drive process flushing, pigging, simulations, and startup.
 Experience: 8+ years, 2+ EPF projects.
 Skills: Dehydration, separation, flare systems, startup execution.
 
🔹 Commissioning Technicians (Mechanical, Electrical, I&C)
 Support field tasks, fit-up, terminations, and calibration.
 Experience: 5+ years in field commissioning.
 Skills: Safety, hands-on commissioning, troubleshooting.
 
✅ General Requirements:
Fluent in English (written & spoken)
Proven fast-track EPF/CPF project experience
Strong safety culture, proactive mindset
Ready to mobilize under a contractor model

 Philippines | Singapore | Indonesia | Malaysia
