Salary: Based on experience, qualifications and interview performance
Accommodation and Transportation (AT): Provided by company
Duty: 10 hrs a day

BELT PRESS OPERATOR:
Check, Monitor & Operate all the belt presses, Note down the readings of Polymer Consumption and Sludge production

CHLORINE OPERATOR:
Monitor & Operate the complete Chlorination system, Check for Leakage, Change Cylinders whenever the cylinder is empty & check Dosage. Reporting to Supervisor for any corrective action.

JOCKER OPERATOR:
Monitor & Operate all the units of the plant, whenever the respective operator of each unit.

DRYER OPERATOR:
To Run the dryer and check for all the parameters, Boiler check, All the Instruments check, Operate SCADA and note down all the Production & consumption Readings.

ELECTRICAL TECHNICIANS :
Perform all the Preventive & Corrective actions of all the Equipments in the plant like MV Breakers, Motors belt presses, Generator & etc.

GRIT OPERATOR:
Check, Monitor & Operate all the equipment’s on the Grit Chamber like grit Blowers, Screens, Travelling Bridge & Grit Pumps. Report of any abnormalities in the Grit Chamber unit

GRIT REMOVAL OPERATOR:
To clean the Screens form the Grit which is subsidized on the Coarse & Fine screen to monitor the Instruments, PLC and report for any abnormalities.

INLET OPERATOR:
To monitor the flow, Check the Level of Wet Well, Check for trip signals for Inlet Pump and report for Corrective Actions also to Monitor Inlet Hazardous gases levels. 

MECHANICAL TECH:
 Perform all the Preventive & Corrective actions of all the equipment in the plant like Mixers , Pumps, belt presses, Generator & etc.

RAS & WAS OPERATOR:
Check, Monitor & Operate all the RAS & WAS Pumps. Note down the readings of total RAS going back to Distribution Chamber, Also to Monitor Total WAS going to Belt press.

SCADA OPERATOR:
To Monitor Complete plant, check for any alarm, check for trip signals of all the equipment and inform the Supervisor, to turn ON or OFF the equipment when running in Manual, To follow up all the Operators of each unit. To generate the process reports like Running Hours & total daily flow.

SENIOR OPERATOR:
All the operators of each unit reports to senior Operator, To Physically go and check all the Equipment, adjust the operations, make report and follow all the Operators for any corrective action required then inform the maintenance team for maintenance.
