Requirements:
- Technical degree, or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent related experience is desired

- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in oil, gas, or petrochemical industries

- Experience with preparation of material requisition, technical bid evaluation and review of supplier data

- QA/QC experience, providing construction methods, procedure during construction and commissioning.

- Speaking and written in English and Chinese.

- Based in Guangzhou, China
